We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please provide clear photos of the product while requesting a return or replacement.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Once your return request is approved and the product is received, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
